A full fee may be charged for appointments missed or cancelled at less than 24 hours notice.
PAYMENT:
We ask that all patients settle the fee at the time of treatment.
(Cash or cheque is fine but we are not able to accept credit cards)
MEDICAL INSURANCE:
Many policies now include osteopathy, so is worthwhile checking the details of any cover you have in place. There may be special conditions, such as the need for a referral letter, or an upper monetary limit. If in doubt contact your medical insurers and check.
HSA and AXA are contributions schemes that cover osteopathy providing cash back against an annual limit determined by your monthly contribution. No medical is required for either of these schemes and there is no need to visit your GP for referral before claiming. Leaflets are available at the clinic for your information.
We currently make no charge for completing medical insurance claim forms, but request that you make sure you have completed your section fully first.
