What are your Covid-19 Safety Procedures?

How do I book?

Booking can be done via telephone to 01707 274148 or online here.

How do I pay?

Card payments are preferred! Online bookings are payable at the point of booking. A deposit will be taken for new patient telephone bookings. These are refundable if 48 hours notice is given of cancellation / reschedule.

How long is my appointment?

First appointments are roughly one hour (90 mins for women's health).

Follow ups are 30 mins.

Children's appointments are 30 - 40 mins.

What happens at my appointment?

  • It may be necessary to undress to be assessed (bring shorts or leggings if you prefer).​

  • The osteopath will usually ask you to try some simple movements and carry out a thorough examination. 

  • The osteopath will explain their findings and discuss a treatment plan with you.  This may include exercises or advice for self-help.​

  • Most people find treatment relaxing and not usually painful - please discuss this with your osteopath if you have any concerns. 

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes! We allow you to bring a chaperone or other support if you would like to. We do prefer someone to be from the same household if possible. Children can attend with parents when required. 

Do you accept insurance payments?

We do accept some insurance payments. Please call the clinic to discuss this further on 01707 274 148. 

What is your cancellation policy?

  • 48 Hours notice must be given for a cancellation, if this is not adhered to there will be a fee / loss of deposit.

  • Online booking fees are fully refundable if the cancellation is more than 48 hours in advance of the appointment. 

  • If we are able to fill the appointment with a patient that is on our waiting list we will not charge the cancellation fee (this is often difficult to do and cannot be guaranteed).
